Samantha Martin focuses her practice on trusts and estates, elder law, and asset protection. Samantha has extensive experience guiding clients through guardianship matters (including disabled adult and minor guardianships), estate, trust, and probate administration, estate planning, and elder law. Her elder law practice includes navigating complex Medicaid applications and implementing Medicaid asset protection strategies to preserve her client’s financial security.
Prior to joining Robbins DiMonte in 2025, Samantha practiced at a prominent elder law firm in downtown Chicago, where she developed a strong commitment to advocating for seniors and their families. Samantha is known for her ability to connect with clients of all ages, offering practical and thoughtful guidance that addresses the unique needs of each generation.
