Bankruptcy lawyers, new attorneys, and general practitioners with basic practice experience should attend the seminar to receive a better understanding for: how to analyze the creditor’s position with respect to the automatic stay; the criteria for dismissing a bankruptcy case; how to represent your Chapter 11 client; how divorce and bankruptcy intersect; how a divorce judgment may be a fraudulent transfer; how to represent creditors in Subchapter V cases; and much more. The seminar is presented by the ISBA Commercial Banking, Collections, and Bankruptcy Section and qualifies for 4.0 hours MCLE credit.
