Vicki M. Selle is a full-time real estate paralegal with over thirty years of experience. She specializes in residential real estate. She provides support to the firm’s real estate department by diligently managing all files and communicating with all parties involved.
She works closely with our attorneys and interacts with clients, title companies, real estate brokers, lenders and opposing counsel to coordinate real estate closings in a timely fashion. Vicki obtains and provides title clearance documents to the title companies prior to closing. She also obtains full payment certificates and zoning certificates from the City of Chicago, and when applicable, she complies with other municipal requirements to ensure a smooth closing.
