Stephen P. Patt officially retired as of December 31, 2024, after an impressive 60 years of dedicated legal practice. As he steps into retirement, we are pleased to share that his son, Attorney Eric G. Patt will be continuing his practice, ensuring clients receive the same trusted guidance and support.
Steve concentrated his practice in the areas of business representation, trusts & estates, real estate, litigation, and labor & employment. He represented individuals, families, business entities, and financial institutions in a broad variety of transactions. Representation included the organization, capital structure, and financing of business entities; the acquisition, sale, purchase and merger of business entities; purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate properties; resolution of disputes, including development of tactics and strategies utilized in mediation, arbitration, and litigation; and helping clients in their planning for business succession and wealth transfer as it relates to personal and family estate and tax planning.
Stephen centered his legal career around resolving disputes and assisting clients in reaching their individual goals by listening, and working with them. He believed a strong, close working relationship with his clients was the best professional service offering maximum results.
