Meagan joined the firm in 2016. Meagan has extensive experience in litigation, specifically in commercial litigation and collection/creditor’s rights litigation. However, Meagan spends time growing her legal portfolio by assisting attorneys in multiple practice areas, such as estate planning, probate, and bankruptcy.
Meagan is heavily involved in the drafting of pleadings, discovery responses, and letters, as well as legal research, maintaining court deadlines, and preparing for hearings and trials. With her expansive knowledge, work ethic, and resourcefulness, Meagan is an integral part of the firm’s litigation department.
In her free time, Meagan enjoys attending sporting events, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé and three rescue dogs.
