Mara Mulvany is one of the firm’s corporate paralegals. She has worked with DiMonte & Lizak, LLC for over 15 years now, supporting attorneys in such practice areas as litigation, appeals, zoning and land use, mechanic’s liens, construction, and employment and labor laws. Mara now handles the formation and maintenance of different types of entities in Illinois and elsewhere, as well as preparing annual reports, resolutions, stock certificates, among others.
