Mara A. Mulvany is the firm’s Corporate Paralegal and has been with Robbins DiMonte for over 20 years. She has supported attorneys across a range of practice areas, including litigation, appeals, zoning and land use, mechanic’s liens, construction, and labor and employment law.
She currently focuses on the formation and maintenance of business entities in Illinois and other states, preparing annual reports, resolutions, stock certificates, and related corporate documents. She also assists with business sales and purchases.
