In celebration of Women’s History Month, meet Carolina Y. Sales, Partner in RD’s Creditors’ Rights, Collections & Bankruptcy, Litigation, Business Transactions, and Banking & Finance Groups. We asked Carol her opinion on the progress the legal community has made so far for women attorneys and how can we improve.

“The legal community has made a lot of progress with the advancement of women attorneys during the past four decades. Women now comprise half to slightly over half of the law school students, and the number of female attorneys and judges has continued to increase. We can improve by mentoring law students and attorneys, making it a focus of networking opportunities, and supporting the roles of parents and caregivers.”
