Julia Smolka has been appointed President of the Harwood Heights-Norridge Chamber of Commerce. She has been active in the Chamber for about seven years. The Chamber seeks to improve communications and business environments for small and mediums size businesses in the area. There are ninety five members. Smolka is happy to lead the civic organization. She says “I enjoy meeting local business owners to get a grasp on what concerns they are having in the community, and use that insight to assist my current and future clients.”
