Anastas Shkurti Presents at NBI’s Complete AI Guide for Real Estate Lawyers
Robbins DiMonte Partner Anastas Shkurti recently presented as part of the National Business Institute’s (NBI), Complete AI Guide for Real Estate Lawyers, a continuing legal education program focused on practical applications of artificial intelligence throughout the lifecycle of a real estate matter.
Anastas presented two sessions, “Document Review and Due Diligence With AI” and “AI-Powered Title and Survey Review”.
His sessions explored how attorneys can use AI to assist with reviewing and summarizing leases, loan documents, zoning and land use materials, environmental reports, corporate and entity documents, and other materials commonly encountered in real estate transactions. He also discussed the use of AI in title and survey review, including analyzing title commitments and exception documents, cross-referencing title, survey, and agreement materials, and assisting in the process of identifying and curing defects.
The program is available for purchase through NBI, with the OnDemand recording available beginning September 9, 2026. Participants are eligible to receive CLE credit.
