Jeiel Noh draws on his education and legal background in assisting businesses and individuals in commercial related disputes and litigation, including real estate, creditors’ rights, collections and bankruptcy, labor and employment, and trusts and estates matters in the state and federal courts.
Jeiel’s background in business work and studies allows him to understand clients’ efforts in shifting a company towards a positive direction, which permits him to perform efficiently and calmly during adverse situations. As such, Jeiel has extensive capability of analyzing and assessing information objectively.
Jeiel has experience in handling all aspects of litigation including investigations, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial matters, trial, and if appropriate, settlements. He further has experience in counseling clients by thoroughly conducting legal research and preparing memoranda related to compliance issues, risk assessment, or commercial disputes.

- Successfully reached no-cost settlement on behalf of a transport services client in federal court in the Northern District of Illinois. The plaintiff sought damages in excess of one million dollars claiming trademark infringement. In a case in which a plaintiff sought in excess of one million dollars for violations of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, Matthew E. Suhl and Jeiel Noh reached a settlement of $5,000 on behalf of their client, a transport and logistics company.
