William A. Castle, Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation and creditors’ rights & bankruptcy. Bill is a highly experienced commercial litigator representing closely held companies and financial institutions in a variety of business disputes before state and federal courts. His practice focuses on mortgage foreclosures, creditors’ and debtors’ rights, employment-related claims including restrictive covenants, trade secret disputes and employment discrimination; shareholder disputes, real estate title disputes, general commercial contractual disputes and business torts, and commercial and residential landlord tenant actions.
Bill has successfully represented clients in all stages of litigation and arbitration, including state-mandated and private arbitrations, administrative hearings, bench and jury trials and post-judgment enforcement. He also appears in court as a prosecutor for select villages within Cook County, working in partnership with local law enforcement officers to serve the people of those municipalities.
