Thomas P. Yardley, Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, business representation, and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. With over 30 years of experience, Tom has handled diverse litigation matters for small business owners, high net worth individuals and corporations. He has successfully represented clients in both state and federal court including: bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters, commercial and contractual disputes, corporate litigation (employment, breach of fiduciary duty and contract disputes), minority shareholder oppression matters, other employment cases, construction matters, condominium and real estate disputes, among others. Tom has obtained successful verdicts as a first and second chair in both jury and non-jury cases at both the state and federal level.
Tom also has a MBA which has been essential in helping him to understand business disputes from an entirely different perspective and to identify various strategic issues that directly impact the direction of litigation matters.
