Jennifer L. Barton concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, finance and corporate law. She represents a wide variety of clients from virtually all aspects of real estate including purchasers and sellers, landlords and tenants, builders and developers, borrowers and lenders, condominium associations and investors. Jennifer has comprehensive experience in routine to complex real estate matters ranging from sales and acquisitions, financing, leasing, development and management of commercial and residential properties. On behalf of her diverse clients, Jennifer has drafted and negotiated purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, escrow and title documents, loan agreements, and other relevant real estate documents.

As a valued counselor, Jennifer advises individuals, financial institutions and private enterprises regarding corporate formation, contract negotiation, sales agreements, and employment issues.  She has also represented individual and corporate debtors and creditors in complex and consumer bankruptcy proceedings, debt collection, lien enforcement and foreclosure matters.

Jennifer partners with her clients to identify and overcome obstacles and develop solutions to accomplish their objectives.  Collaborating with other firm attorneys, she seeks to deliver tailored client legal services and deepen client relationships.
