Jackson C. Doughty focuses his practice on trusts and estates, elder law, and residential real estate transactions. With a background in politics and elder law, Jackson understands that estate planning is a deeply personal, and often times, a very daunting task. As such, he prides himself on making sure that his clients’ concerns are heard, understood, and actively addressed.
Jackson has experience in all aspects of the estate planning process including asset management, probate, wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration, among others. With the ever-changing nature of the world today, Jackson understands that the needs of his clients are all unique and likewise, ever-changing, knowing that no two estate plans are ever the same.
