Carmen Dutton supports RD litigation attorneys in all phases of lawsuits, from filing through trial. Carmen’s experience encompasses a variety of areas of law including, personal injury, commercial litigation, FINRA arbitrations, business litigation, legal malpractice, insurance bad faith, police misconduct, real estate, and medical malpractice.
With over four years working as a paralegal, Carmen has a passion for providing support and legal solutions for attorneys in order to help achieve the best results for clients. Whether it is e-discovery, legal research, preparing court filings, document review, or preparing for and attending trials, Carmen works hard in order to be the backbone attorneys need.
Carmen enjoys collaborating with the firm’s diverse group of litigators in multiple areas of law along with the day-to-day unique experiences of being a paralegal.
