Alan has practiced law with Robbins, Salomon & Patt, Ltd. (currently now known as Robbins DiMonte, Ltd.) for almost 50 years and is the former President of the Firm, having served for more then two decades.  Also, Alan is a former member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, having served for more then 35 years.

For almost 50 years, Alan has concentrated his practice in the areas of business representation, corporate governance, healthcare, real estate, asset protection strategies, and labor and employment.  He has represented clients in diverse industries including, financial services, real estate, health care, food service and manufacturing for emerging to fully matured businesses, profit and not-for-profits, public and private companies.

Alan handles ordinary to complex business matters such as middle market mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock acquisitions and dispositions, private equity transactions, business and estate planning succession, financing, corporate governance, dispute resolution, asset protection, and family constitutions.

As a veteran, proven-results attorney, Alan also has extensive legal experience handling shareholders’ dispute matters for corporate, private and not-for-profit entities. He is highly skilled in due diligence, mediation, and all corporate law matters.

A critical component of Alan’s practice is working collaboratively with firm partners and associates, as well as his clients’ accountants and financial advisors.  Clients depend on his in-depth legal insight, RD collaborations, and tenacity to advocate for their best interest.

Alan also is Pro Bono counsel for various 501 (c) (3) organizations.
